I had a wonderful experience with the repair shop and staff at Roseville Hyundai. My car heater had issues so I needed to bring it in. Firstly, they have free coffee and an amazing coffee machine that is the most high tech one I think I have ever seen. They also have popcorn and televisions while you wait. One of the TVs is a live feed of the repair shop, so you can see your car. Rachel was a pleasure to work with as our main customer service person. She kept us updated every step of the process and explained things thoroughly so that we really understood what was going on. She is very personable and made me feel like my car was in good and trustworthy hands. I could tell that she really wanted to make the situation right for us the customer. I hope we are able to work with her again on our next visit. Additionally the dealer provided a fabulous loaned vehicle comparable to the nice car I turned in that I was able to use while they diagnosed and fixed the issue with my car's heater. The dealer fully honored the amazing long Hyundai warranty, and my repair didn't cost me anything. I am so impressed with the whole process that I would like buy Hyundai's going forward as I know they have one of the best warranty's on their cars and they honor it.

I had a great experience. I had to reschedule my recall appointment to a different day and got it approved for a later time to work with my schedule. After work, the experience was completely pleasant as Rae in the service department took great care of me. She also approved of an inspection of my vehicle and threw in a car wash not charged for either service. Please hang on to her. Very friendly and very positive. Need more like her. Thank you for your time. Vehicle feels safer.

I had one of my cars towed here to see if it was covered by a warranty. After speaking so of their customer service reps at the call center, I was so frustrated! I had received mixed information from several different people I had spoken to... walking into this Roseville Hyundai was like a breath of fresh air compared to them. As I pulled in, the car salesmen were on top of their game. Before you barely set for anywhere near the front entrance, there is someone asking how they can help you. Then, as you walk in, there is someone at the front desk also asking, and she directed me to the far side. I ended up speaking to both Chris and Paul. I started speaking to Chris, and then my notification ring tone went off, and Paul knew exactly where it was from. Not everyone catches on (only true fans know!). Talking to them was a blast. Chris told me that mechanics would check out my car, the warranty, and see if they'd be able to help me and that they would call me before they did any work. I received a call a few days later with great news that my car was covered under the warranty, and they began working on it right away, letting me know it would be 2-3 weeks until it is ready. PICK UP DAY! I was very happy picking up my baby! Again, hello to the car salesmen and the front desk person. I made my way over to the far side where I got to say hello to Chris and Paul again. They are definitely the life of Roseville Hyundai. They called my car up to the front entrance and gave it a quick bath. I am so thankful that Roseville Hyundai fixed my car and helped me get her back on the road. My experience was a really good one. I also enjoyed coming here because of Chris and Paul. They definitely made it fun.
